This is ancient information centre located in an uphill area at Oyo-Ile. It is symbolic with huge rockformation naturally positioned inform of notice boards. The marks were engraved to pass messages to the people as compliment to the work of a town-crier.

It was a tradition for the people in the old city then to visit the centre for information and when new marks were noticed, they would proceed to the Palace for Royal Address. The marks etched on the rocks many centuries ago are still evidently visible till date.
