Since July I have been trying to resolve issue after issue. What should have been a simple house move has turned into, cancelled contracts “accidentally” change to sim plans “accidentally”
£208 fines “accidentally” a complete mess and not once have I had access to a manger. Always too busy or in a meeting yet I’ve been promised one on numerous occasions.
I terrible service all round.

@TfL horrible, horrible service. Literally got a response from the TfL team “you can’t make mistakes!” After clearly evidencing a genuine mistake - that was response I got! Evil, money making scam with no consideration for genuine normal people. #tfl#ULEZ#SadiqKhan
