Nation should have put my learned friend Omwanza's photo on front page and not me. He is on record for the petitioner and he expertly drafted this historic and earth shaking petition...he deserves all the credit... @omwanza
I visited my Alma Mater the Otto Von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany following an invitation from my former colleagues who presented me with a book on the history of the school. I also met my former supervisor Prof. Adolf Neubaue at the Mechanical Engineering lab.
The High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court judges are on a well deserved break of 45 days (1st August to 15th September)...but surely why can't the Supreme Court spare a day or two and hear the election petition appeals? @dkmaraga@lawsocietykenya@OmwanzaO
In election petition cases, see how the courts have disposed off cases. (1)High Court...applications, trial & judgment avg 5 months. (2) Court of Appeal on average 2.5 months. (3) Supreme Court...no hearing dates...thus no judgment dates...prediction to 9 to 12 months @dkmaraga
BREAKING NEWS...Glad that the Court of Appeal overturned the judgment of the High Court in Kiambu and reinstated Hon Anne Wanjiku Kibe as the MP for Gatundu North...Congratulations to @OmwanzaO...we did a good job...
