@lastminute_com have waited over 3 months for my flight refund when you said 3 months would we worst case. I have friends that were flying weeks and months after me who’ve had refunds. I expect this to be resolved within the next 24hrs.

@TalkTalk service was meant to start with you 14 days ago, you said there was a technical error and you've failed to update me, but you've taken my direct debit without be receiving any service. Not a great way to start a relationship. I work in comms and yours is terrible!!!

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible I've spoken to people on your chat and via text message. Text message I'm ignored - online chat no update. How unreasonable is it to join an internet provider - not have internet for 17 days and then still get charged for a service you have never received!
