It's Tesla "claims" not "confirms". Confirming would require them to release the logs. Have you seen the logs @DriveTeslaca?
I bet no. Tesla has been caught lying about driver logs before. You can't just take their words on it.
@BadIdeaGuyJohn1@FredLambert@DriveTeslaca Yea the driver made the conscious decision yo murder someone because they didn’t step on the break. The same result would have happened in ANY other car. But some reason it’s Tesla’s fault.
@SurgeFleet@aelluswamy@elonmusk@kylaschwaberow How is this an issue. Had the driver been in the same car it would have been the same results.
This also happens much more often in ICE vehicles. Are we going to reign in on them and expect them to fix retarded people?
I have had mine for three years and have had to spend $2k+ on repairs. 12V battery and the seat sensors twice now. First time it went out was 1.6k and this time it is 1.1k. Not covered under warranty due to me driving 12k miles. I inquired more and they said it’s actually because a different component throwing the same alarm. Car is great, driving is awesome but @Tesla service centers can be unclear, and change reasonings when you ask them questions. Wouldn’t recommend if the nearest one is 3 hours away
