@Tyler_v1 @FlyYYC First, Westjet staff refused to make announcements. Second, the moment they cancelled our flights, they said all their planes are hail damaged and couldn’t find us new planes to fly. But there flew in and out Flair and Westjet flights.

@WestJet Cancelling flights after having passengers waiting at the hall for three hours is absurd. Said to wait for email and will automatically book us in for the earliest but also told us to call westjet to rebook - your agents are just unprofessional.

@WestJet ridiculous is when WESTJET STAFF blamed me for being late without any reasons and kept raising voice at me at the counter. all these airline strikes produced such incompetent staff.

As you may have already seen, Flaco the Eurasian eagle-owl has passed away. I am sad beyond words. Flaco defied the odds and made quite a life for himself in the city over the past year. Along the way he came to mean so much to so many, including me. ❤️🦉
