@CatherineStoth1@pearson How exciting to know that your book is being read around the world. That must mean it applies across different cultures. Brilliant!
@DanWithTheCam@bbcstudios Dan, that's perfect proof that Timebenders are brilliant in careers which need bursts of intense activity, with a fixed finishing point. We thrive on the adrenaline rush, and do our best work under time pressure. Hope you still have plenty of deadlines in your new role!
@bbcpaddy@BBCRadio4 These days any missed appointments are due to NHS mis-administration. We treat them like gold dust if we get one. Who else sends appointment letters by post, without actually speaking to the patient to check they will be available? Don't blame us!
We're only half way through the year, and 2023 has already on track to be our most viewed on youtube since the channel began!
Thanks to everyone who watched and shared videos like the Perceiving functions video, or who watched one of the longer sessions!

@DrTrudyMeehan@IrelandAMVMTV I sympathise, Trudy. I've been reading about the Panorama programme which has created even more uncertainty. Do you have any good references/links for me to learn more about ADHD Timeblindness?
The @irelandamvmtv discussion included @DrTrudyMeehan who referred to neurodiversity, ADHD, and time blindness. No time for TV debate, but personally I don't fit in the ADHD box (I did the test). Watch my TED talk for more.

@DrTrudyMeehan@IrelandAMVMTV Thanks Trudy. I find it hard to draw a line between neurotypical and neurodiverse.🤔BTW my 20% figure comes from Jung's Personality Types and MBTI, where lateness links to the P function i.e. P's are averse to closure, whereas 'earlybird' J's seek completion.
Talking Timebending on TV this morning with Ireland AM. Guess what - of the two presenters Miran is always late, and Tommy is always early! Too little time to reveal any tricks to help punctuality. They're all in the book & audiobook! @irelandamvmtv

@lynn_nadel@saschapare @hugospiers @FuschiaSirois You'd need another book to cover cultural aspects! Eg inFrance it's OK to be late for work meetings but never be late for dinner! In Japan your punctuality for school affects your chance of getting to university. Industrialisation meant TIME = MONEY.
@FuschiaSirois@saschapare@LiveScience@DurhamPsych@durham_uni Thanks for highlighting a topic which causes a lot of distress and needs more research, Sascha. It took me 5 years to write my book about why we're late and how we can change.

@CatherineStoth1 Eat fish and go to church! I'm not sure you would call it a celebration - that comes on Easter Sunday when you could finally enjoy the thing you gave up for Lent.
These days I still eat fish but don't go to church. Are hot cross buns a Good Friday food?
Great podcast interview with PersonalityHacker about the personality types who struggle with lateness, and how to be on time. - it's great to get recognition from the type experts! https://t.co/bosNwyXhLB #timemanagement#lateness@AntoniaDodge@joelmarkwitt
Thanks Clive for supporting my plea for bookshops to stop ingnoring indie publishers and self-published authors. Most bestseller lists and literary festivals also exclude us. I'm pushed into the arms of Amazon and Apple, even though I'm getting great publicity.
@DanWithTheCam@theJeremyVine You're now famous for being a Timebender, Dan - join the club! I was impressed at how well you remembered the tips about why we are late, and how we can trick our brains into being on time. You gave my book a great plug - thanks! https://t.co/iG2QzGMIs6
Very excited to have been a guest on the #JeremyVine show on #BBCRADIO2 today, to talk about why we are late and how we can change. Great to be paired up with #DanJohn, whose BBC REEL video helped to put Timebending on the map.
