I’ve previously called $TET when it listed few days after and been watching it
With #bitcoin halving is next year, ETF approvals and the next bull market, i can see $TET narrative to be trending heavily
As BTC takes up to 40 mins to process blocks when we withdraw, so with @tectumsocial it fast tracks processing times with reduced fees.

Anyone got tips on hiring generalists?
I've always got platefuls of tasks that someone competent could spend a few hours digging into and figuring out, not needing expertise.
But any time I try and hire a generalist (even one recommended) they end up needing a ton of handholding and direction.
How have other founders gone about finding someone with like a bit of drive and problem solving skill if its not domain specific?
