ਪੰਜਾਬ 14 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2026 ਦਿਨ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਰੀਕੇ ਪੱਤਣ (ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੋੜੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ) ਵਿਖੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ��� ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ|
ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ, ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹੰਬਲਾ ਮਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਤਰਲਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ।
ਜੂਨ 1984 ਦੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਹਮਲੇ, ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ , ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਅਤੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਝੂਠੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਆਈਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਰੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ।
ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ.ਆਈ.ਪੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮ��ਦ, ਉੱਚੇ ਓਹਦੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ - ਸੁਮੇਧ ਸੈਣੀ, ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਆਲਮ, ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ, ਉਮਰਾਨੰਗਲ, ਮੋਹੰਮਦ ਮੁਸਤਫਾ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਓਹਦੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ , ਜਦਕਿ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸ਼ੀਏ ਤੋਂ ਧੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤੰਗ-ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ।
ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਰਾਹ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਫਰਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ| ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਤ�� ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੱਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹੱਤਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਫ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਮੁੱਚਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ ਆਸ ਨਾਲ ��ੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਡਰਤਾ, ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ । ਅਸੀਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ
1. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 80 ਅਤੇ 90 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ , ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲੋਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
2. ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਨ।
3. ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਕੀਤਾ , ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਨਕਰ ਹੋਏ , ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਬਾਈਕਾਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਾਡੇ ਇਸ ਤੀਜੇ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰੋਟੀਆਂ ਸੇਕਣ ਲਈ ਨਾ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਬਲਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਜ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਜਾਵੇ - ਇਹੋ ਹੀ ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
