It is imperative that Ottawa residents know they have somewhere to turn when they need help. That’s why February 11 is 2-1-1 Day in Ottawa and across Canada. I welcomed the team from 2-1-1 to City Hall to thank them for the essential service they provide in connecting people to shelter, food, mental health supports, and other wrap-around services.
