Psychotherapy can be challenging. Emotions may intensify, energy can drop, and change can feel uncomfortable.

Does online CBT work for BDD?
RCTs show that guided internet-based and app-based CBT lead to large reductions in BDD symptoms, with lasting effects.
Digital CBT is a credible, evidence-based treatment option.
