@RowanFN Turns out that to create a new store account you have to ensure ur logged out of https://t.co/n6H0yHFiPw too. It is a SSO thing that tries to persist ur account which is screwed up. The store will then allow you to create a new account. Feel very let down by @Nintendo 4 this.
@RowanFN I waited months in anticipation of this Zelda launch, they still had stock, and couldn't "login" to add to basket - so infurated by them screwing up like that. I also had a problem creating a new account because I was getting the same 500 error :(
Have been unable to login to @NintendoEurope@NintendoUK store for months now because of an account id conflict with @Salesforce api gives a 500 error, and now the collectors edition of #TearsOfTheKingdom is out and I cannot "login to add to the basket"... absolutely livid! 😡
Seems there is a fix - wait 3 hours. Though this only shows on the store - not in your library - perhaps Steam should update their UI to be more helpful people are less likely to check the store for a product they've already bought, I only checked because somebody mentioned it:

@NintendoUK you should be aware already but ur @NintendoStoreUK is struggling to assign one #salesforce user ID per user session. And getting 400 errors from Salesforce commercecloud API and on occasion returning 500 errors to users. I have video if it will help diagnose...

@TUIUK Hi Beth, we filled our forms in yesterday & recieved two PIR nums for our 11 bags. We were told yesterday that the bags are still on the jet, can u advise where baggage is now? It has been two days since we arrived back.
