@jwmares Tau testing FDA approved for baseline. PBM - yes. 10 minutes a day red/NIR panel mouth open toward nose. Lithium orotate 5mg. Lions 🦁mane. Ask your AI to update. Exercise/sleep - of course.
Chair of Dermatology here. Agree. Morphed into unrewarding pain for students/residents AND attendings. Students NEED publications and the game leads to feigned interest. I don’t have answer/feel badly for both sides. Bright side - sometimes sparks ignite and real discovery ensues. Real research is kick ass 😎

Dermatology’s practice mix is 63% medical, 25% surgical/oncologic, and only 12% cosmetic—not “primarily cosmetic.” https://t.co/VTL7ziErAF
@BillAckman Bill—I was deeply sorry to read about Lucy. My son Christian suffered a massive AVM rupture and stroke at 18 in 2021, so I know something of the shock and the long, uncertain arc of recovery.
I chair Dermatology at Henry Ford Health and have spent recent years researching photobiomodulation and tissue regeneration. Nature recently profiled Christian’s story and the experience that led me into this work:

I have assembled evidence and practical PBM parameters that may be relevant to Lucy’s rehabilitation team—not as a replacement for established care, but potentially as a useful adjunct. I would be glad to share the literature and protocols privately, purely to be helpful.
Wishing Lucy and your family continued strength and recovery. David
I started several friends/family members on Paxil as resident 2001ish. Residual guilt but forever eyes opened. Spoke with MSL’s-reps about their severe withdrawal including best friend cutting into 1/8 dose and almost driving off road. They repeatedly told me no signal/evidence.
@FoxNews I got GLOVEd by ICE” will inevitably become a viral badge of honor among protesters. Nothing says “de-escalation” quite like giving the opposition its next slogan and T-shirt.
