@greggnunziata@RadioFreeTom Bondi may have looked reasonably qualified next to the obviously unqualified hacks also up for confirmation (Hegseth, Patel, Noem, Gabbard, etc.), so unfortunately her history of corruption was downplayed.
@SenAdamSchiff one can offer sympathy without having to lie about the fact that the person who needs sympathy was terrible at the job she's been attempting to do and should never have been nominated or confirmed.
Can't stop thinking about Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive worth $828 billion, spending $290 million to elect Trump, becoming $563 billion richer since Trump was elected and ending humanitarian aid that will lead to the deaths of 4.5 million of the poorest kids on the planet.

"By making everything just a small daily story instead of telling the broader one about this guy being out of his mind and a danger to all of us, journalists show they’re still worried about coming across as partisan. They don’t want to make themselves part of the story by calling him out. They’re afraid he will direct his deranged behavior toward them. They’d rather write down what he says and assume the American people can figure it out on their own. But obviously some can’t." https://t.co/Ajw3ip0bWw
The ultra conservative Heritage Foundation's own research found that in 24 YEARS of voting, ONLY 77 'illegals' voted, representing .00000764% of all votes.
We don't have an election integrity problem. We have a Trump administration integrity problem.
Was at the DOJ 3x the past two days looking at the "unredacted" Epstein files:
- the search function didn't actually work
- half the stuff I was looking for was still redacted
- we couldn't write on files we brought in or even use post-it notes, just notes on a legal pad
- we shared four computers for 435 members of Congress
- they were keeping a history of all the files we were viewing
So much for transparency.
Even if you take the conservative defense of each ICE killing, you’re left with “We haphazardly scaled up a poorly trained police force to storm into neighborhoods that voted against the president, where we antagonize the local population until someone resists arrest, and then we kill them,” which is morally horrendous on top of being an absurd way to do immigration policy.
I have received this message from Salik, who has asked me to post it on my X profile:
Dear Americans.
Dear brothers and sisters in arms.
When US was attacked in september 11 2001, Denmark did not hesitate to help.
People from all over the Kingdom of Denmark joined the forces to fight againts the enemy.
Soldiers from the Kingdom of Denmark and the US as allies stood side by side to fight the enemy.
I am a soldier born in Greenland serving in the Danish Defense and therefore I am a soldier of the Kingdom of Denmark.
I have a duty to protect it and our allies.
I have a duty to stand side by side with NATO to protect my brothers and sisters in arms.
I stood side by side with my brothers and sisters in arms from the US, from Europe, from NATO in Afghanistan to fight with you after what happened in the US 9/11.
If the US president decides to let the military to go invade Greenland,
You are attacking me and my family.
You are doing blue on blue to all of NATO members.
You are attacking the Kingdom of Denmark.
You are attacking the brothers and sisters who stood side by side with you when you were attacked.
Dear people of the US,
If you really are going to do what the president tells he plans,
Then let this be my last letter to my brothers and sisters in arms from the US.
Best regards,
From a soldier serving in Greenland, from a soldier who stood with you when you needed it most.
Salik Augustinussen.

🚨HUGE: Hakeem Jeffries drops a bomb on Mike Johnson and reveals Democrats are offering a discharge petition to force a vote on a three year ACA TAX CREDIT extension.
If nearly every Republican can unite for the Epstein files, they can stop premiums from skyrocketing. LFG.
@atrupar this is the sound of someone who's losing it, but peppers his speech with things that he thinks are very specific details that he keeps repeating to sound like he knows what he's talking about.
A lot going on right now, but I have a feeling we will look back in a year and realize this was the most important story published this week. https://t.co/zbKuhvpXMW
