15 YEARS AGO: On this date in 2011, Alabama experienced a generational tornado outbreak. A total of 62 tornadoes touched town over the northern 2/3 of the state.

Today, we’re honoring Earth Day 🌎 and the shared responsibility we all have to care for Pennsylvania’s air, water, and land.
Every time we cut down on waste, support the health of our native plants and animals, or help keep our communities clean, we take valuable steps to protect our shared home. These actions may feel small, but together they help keep our air cleaner, our water safer, and our towns and neighborhoods healthier.
Thank you for doing your part for Pennsylvania 🤝
