@lugless Took long enough. Love how you would only give it to him if he didn’t use the same “aggressive tone” in his emails. Very professional. You might want to rethink your approach regarding different payment plans for different levels of customer service. No other company does that.
@lugless He’s already emailed and messaged you on Instagram. He’s simply asked for a phone number and has been denied multiple times. Again, not sure what kind of company charges extra for phone support?! Your company is horrible.
