@Verizon I am acitvely being hacked through verizon and I can't reach a real human. This is SO alarming that you guys don't provide real support after 5pm.

@Hertz um holy cow you guys are awful. 2am stranded bc I don’t have the card I booked with that was reported stolen. Your customer service line is closed and your in person folks are completely unhelpful.
