@WHOOP please update the app to remember my recent activities. It still thinks that snow shoveling is my most recent activity, and I really don’t want to think about snow in July…
@bryan_johnson How did you isolate eating at a later time as the sole factor behind a lower HR from other possible contributors (eg, stress, type of food, ect.)?
@Brady_H You a big espresso guy? A properly dialed espresso before a workout is 👌 ive had my eye on the La Marzocca Linea Mini but can’t stomach the cost 😅
@Brady_H Aww man, I feel that. Running really is endless levels.
That’s probably how Bezos feels every time he glances at Elon 😂
Seriously you crushed it
@paulsaladinomd Agreed.
Nutella’s basically a jar of palm oil + sugar with a sprinkle of hazelnuts and some sketchy additives.
Skip the ultra-processed food and go for the real stuff.
@HankFrank Ugh, I am having @WHOOP sleep tracking issues too. It aggressively tracks my wake up times during sleep and thinks I’m awake when I’m not. I wear an Apple Watch too, which confirms not awake as much as whoop. I actually emailed them about it this morning.

“Then again, who among us hasn't requested a parade of knuckle sandwiches with our cake and candles?”
🤣
@jasongay’s writing is clearly the reason why WSJ still exists
@Brady_H SERIOUSLY
Vacation with kids is just parenting in a different zip code. You come home more exhausted than when you left. Until our kids get older, I’ve thrown in the towel on destination based vacations
@rdalt02@Brady_H That’s exactly what got me back into running: escaping the indoors during those brutal NE winters. Fresh air, changing scenery and no more staring at the same wall
Cross training with the indoor trainer is still key tho, so eat your broccoli folks (a food I also love 🤣)
@Brady_H I feel this. Roads are sketchy and the Kickr gets it done. Trust me, I commuted in Cambridge, MA for years
But clipping in outside, that wind rush, carving real turns… it’s visceral. Makes the ride alive… mental reset, flow you can’t fake indoors
