With no option to change a pad for 14hours was not just traumatizing but unsafe for my health and safety. Why is sanitary hygiene not a part of medical aid on your flights @airindiain despite most of your on air staff is female identifying.

@airindiain didn't have sanitary napkins on a 14hours long flight I was on 2day. I had periods on the flight unannouncd and on request air hostess gave me a pad she was carrying personally.
