@ndekekwe Prof @ndekekwe I agree with you to a large extent. Centralised e-revenue collection would reduce much of the bureaucracy in the sector.

However, accountability in resource utilisation are more crucial. If nothing is done in this respect, this progress will have limited +impact.

I believe more work-time is required @ this stage to hone skills & experience. 'Onye namu ahia, namu anya' (an apprentice needs to learn how to remain awake) is a common expression in IAS.
