@Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).
@NikLynam Both sides: Player signs contract but team can trade him whenever/wherever they want, despite the contract being btwn player & that team. NTC evens that. If player formally demands out, despite contract, pendulum swings to player.
Formal request should cancel or inhibit NTC.
@NikLynam@ScottBilleck What a disaster it would be to force a player of Helle’s calibre out. And how on earth would the jets have a hope in net if they traded Helle? Who will step in?
@GarretHohl Jets ending up with McTavish is good. If the 8th is in play then more must be included. Can’t keep chasing a 2C forever and soon we will need a 1C, 2C & 3C.
@TheCinesthetic I consider the Sopranos to be the greatest show ever. But BE is right there. And had tighter writing and better paced plots over multiple seasons. Incredible show.
@NikLynam Doan with a seat at the table would be a positive. A focus on development would be a positive. AGM? Assistant TO the General Manager? A solid plan B if chevys lifetime contract suddenly disappears.
@NikLynam Would sure be something if the jets went from lifetime contract for chevy to bringing in a former player as a special advisor a year later. Would be a surprising move for an organization lacking accountability.
@NikLynam Jets should definitely not trade Helle when he has maximum value. They should wait until his deal is close to expiry or perhaps even walk him to free agency and “try” to re sign him to no avail.
@NikLynam@ThomasDrance My concern is no matter how good he is, jets would see his size and bury him on the moose, convert him to wing and play it him in the bottom six.
@NikLynam They clearly think support would bottom out if they traded the core. It seems they are very loyal to scheif but worry he will bolt if they choose to rebuild around him.
