Attacking During a Ceasefire is a Sign of the Iranian Regime's Political and Military Deadlock.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, once again through a drone strike, has violated the territorial sovereignty of the Kurdistan Region and targeted the camps of political refugees from Eastern (Iranian) Kurdistan. These attacks, carried out during a ceasefire agreement, have once again unmasked the true nature of a regime that has never believed in peace or political solutions, and whose survival relies primarily on the pillars of suppression, violence, and terrorism. These assaults are not a sign of strength; rather, they reveal the truth that the regime, faced with the will of our people and the political and military deadlock it has fallen into, is suffering from panic and desperation.
Unfortunately, in the latest wave of these attacks on the "Azadi" camp of the Democratic Party and the "Surdash" camp of the Komala of the Toilers (Komala Zahmatkeshan), two Peshmerga fighters were injured, and "Ghazal Mulan," a female Peshmerga of Komala Zahmatkeshan, was martyred.
The Alliance of Iranian Kurdistan declares that targeting the living quarters of civilians and refugees is a blatant violation of international law as well as the Geneva Conventions. The Alliance of Political Forces of Iranian Kurdistan calls on the Federal Government of Iraq, the United States of America, and the United Nations not to stop at merely condemning these attacks and aggressions. We urge them to take practical steps to halt these assaults, which are both a disrespect and violation of the sovereignty of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and a total disregard for international law.
The Iranian regime must know that terrorism, intimidation, and drone bombardments cannot weaken the will of a nation in achieving its legitimate rights. Furthermore, these attacks will only strengthen the unity of the political forces and the masses of Kurdistan in their pursuit to end oppression and occupation.
The Alliance of Political Forces, while renewing its pledge to the martyrs of the path to liberation, declares that it will continue its struggle and resistance until the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime and the realization of our people's national rights.

Democratic Party: We consider legitimate defense our right

We warn the Kurdish people and the international public that this afternoon, July 28, the murderous regime of the Islamic Republic, which has reached its peak due to the war, once again violated the sovereignty of the Kurdistan Region.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, which has attacked the camps of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) more than 107 times in the past month and a half, once again attacked the civilian refugee camp in Jezhnikan near Erbil. Unfortunately, two female Peshmergas named Nada Miri and Samira Allayari and the son of the country Shahin Azarbarzin (son of the Peshmerga family) were martyred and two other Peshmergas were wounded.

As a permanent habit, the Islamic Republic wants to take revenge on its military, political and security failure at home and abroad against the Kurdish people and its legitimate movement by attacking the camps and bases of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran. Certainly, with its destroyed structure, the regime is more confused than ever about the will of the Kurdish people in Iranian Kurdistan. A government that has never adhered to human rights principles and international treaties cannot be expected to protect civilians and the camps where they live in its death.

Although the Democratic Party has proudly fought against the regime's ruthless attacks on the Kurdish people and defended the existence and identity of its nation, it has always supported a peaceful and political solution to the Kurdish issue.

We condemn the attacks and declare that the Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly violated its security agreement with Iraq in the past and thus we consider it our right to defend ourselves legitimately. We also call on the international community, democratic countries and our friends inside and outside Kurdistan not to lose sight of the issue of the oil market and nuclear weapons, the issue of Iran's different nations and above all the Kurdish issue. You can recognize these acts as war crimes, build an international consensus to protect civilians, impose sanctions and costs on the regime's actions, and deprive it of the opportunity to use missiles, drones and terrorist acts.
We extend our condolences to the families of our latest martyrs, their comrades and the entire Kurdish people and assure them that the cowardly attacks of the Islamic Republic will continue to achieve the goals of the Kurdish people.

کۆماری ئیسلامی وەک خووی هەمیشەیی دەیهەوێ تۆڵەی شکستی نیزامی، سیاسی و ئەمنییەتیی خۆی لە نێوخۆ و دەرەوەی وڵات لە خەڵکی کوردستان و بزووتنەوە ڕەواکەی بە هێرش دەکاتە سەر کەمپ و بنکەکانی حیزبی دێموکراتی کوردستانی ئێران بکاتەوە. بە دڵنیاییەوە ئەو ڕێژیمە بە هەیکەلێکی وێران و داڕماوەوە زیاتر لە هەموو کاتێک لە ئاست ئیرادەی گەلی کورد لە کوردستانی ئێران تووشی شڵەژان و سەرلێشێواوی هاتووە. ئەو حکوومەتە کە هیچ کاتێک دەروەستی بنەماکانی مافی مرۆڤ و پەیماننامە نێودەوڵەتییەکان نەبووە، چاوەڕوانی ئەوەشی لێ ناکرێت لە سەرەمەرگی خۆیدا دەست لە خەڵکی مەدەنی و ئەو کەمپانە بپارێزێ کە خەڵکی مەدەنیی تێیدا دەژین.

حیزبی دێموکرات لەگەڵ ئەوەدا بە شانازییەوە لە ئاست هێرشی بێبەزەییانەی رێژیم بۆ سەر خەڵکی کوردستان خەباتی پێشمەرگانەی کردووە و بەرگریی لە مان و ناسنامەی نەتەوەکەی کردووە، بەڵام هەمیشە لایەنگری چارەسەری ئاشتییانە و سیاسیانەی پرسی کورد بووە و بۆ دروستبوونی دەرفەتێکی ئاواش تێچووی گەورەی داوە، بەڵام ئەو رێژیمە وڵامی هەموو ئەو هەوڵانەی بە موشەکباران کردن، تێرۆر، ئێعدام و سەرکوتکردن داوەتەوە.

ئێمە وێرای مەحکومکردنی ئەو هێرشانە رادەگەیەنین کە کۆماری ئیسلامیی ئێران لە ماوەی رابردوودا بە بەردەوامی ڕێککەوتننامەی ئەمنییەتیی خۆی لەگەڵ عێڕاق پێشێل کردووە و بەمجۆرە ئێمەش بەرگریی ڕەوا بە مافی خۆمان دەزانین. هاوکات داوا لە کۆڕ و کۆمەڵە نێود��وڵەتییەکان، وڵاتانی دێموکرات و دۆستانمان لە نێوخۆ و دەرەوەی کوردستان دەکەین لە نێو پرسی بازاڕی نەوت و چەکی ئەتۆمیدا، پرسی نەتەوە جیاوازەکانی ئێران و لە سەرووی هەموویان پرسی کورد و خەباتە دێموکراسیخوازییەکەی ون نەکەن و لێپرسینەوە لەو هێرشانە بکەن کە دەکرێنە سەر کەمپەکانی کوردەکانی ڕۆژهەڵات، قوتابخانە و نەخۆشخانەکان، گۆڕستانەکان و بنکە مەدەنییەکان. ئێوە دەتوانن ئەو کردەوانە وەک تاوانی جەنگ بناسێنن و کۆدەنگیی نێودەوڵەتی بۆ پاراستنی خەڵکی مەدەنی پێک بهێنن و گەمارۆ و تێچوو بخەنە سەر کردەوەکانی ڕێژیم و دەرفەتی بەکارهێنانی مووشەک، درۆن و کردەی تێرۆریستیی لێ بستێنن.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), the second ruling party in the Kurdistan Region, enjoys U.S. financial and political support while secretly advancing the IRGC's agenda. According to numerous reports, Ghazal Mawlan, a 19-year-old member of an opposition group to Iran’s regime who was injured in a recent IRGC drone attack, bled to death as hospital staff witnessed her condition but refused her admission, acting on orders from the PUK-managed Sulaymaniyah Security Directorate. The issue extends beyond this. The media in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, particularly in Sulaymaniyah, has turned into an anti-American propaganda machine, echoing Iran’s regime's lies against the United States to the letter. This is happening even as the U.S. funds the Kurdistan Region of Iraq’s Peshmerga forces, including those belonging to the PUK. Despite long-standing U.S. support for the Kurds in the Kurdistan Region, certain factions have shown ingratitude and disloyalty, acting treacherously towards their American allies.
