CRM in a cloud container isn’t going to drive the needed value in the future. CRM must have Ai deeply embedded into its DNA and be able to drive actions at the device level.

@jimcramer I worked at the worlds best document generation app company, Salesforce and was CTO of a law firm. Ai can absolutely generate a perfect document set. It all depends on the implementation.
