Feels like a miracle! My husband went to collect the passport from the London office. They pulled through in the end! So happy right now!

Took a copy to fast track interview. Signed a withdrawal declaration at the interview. Put this info in the notes in the fast track application- and they still haven’t withdrawn it 😵‍💫

Everyone you speak to gives conflicting information. Just a ‘pass the buck’ mentality and pointless bureaucratic processes that just complicate things. This system is so flawed.

It’s day 8 today. Devastated 😢

@ny_mu16 @tallyandjasmine @SarahMWillisPR @georgiawarrenx @JoKentTV @247Haroon @HM_Passport Complete waste of time-called twice & both times got conflicting answers. 1 guy said he couldnt find my application & that fast track is now taking 2 weeks🙄2nd guy said they can’t track fast track & passport has to come in 1 week because thats the contract you sign with them 🤷🏽‍♀️

@HM_Passport had to book my daughters fast track appointment on 30/03/2022 after Glasgow office lost her passport. Called today and they have NO record of her application! Help!! I need to speak to someone to sort this out, we’re going for medical reasons!

@HM_Passport Hi Sally, my experience at the fast track interview was positive thanks to your colleague Priyeshwari. Can I do anything to now make sure that the passport actually arrives within the 7 day timescale? We will miss our flight if we don’t get it within 7 days 😢

@HM_Passport massive shout out to RAJESHWARI from London passport office who processed my daughters fast track this morning❤️bless her she was so helpful & kind. make sure her boss sees this & give her a raise!😁Now just hope I actually get the passport within the 7days!!!😬😅🙏🏽

@HollyRead2 @HM_Passport Oh no 🙁 I have a fast track application being processed as well and was assured it’s a 7 day service 😱 if it doesn’t arrive within 7 days we won’t make it for my daughter’s ceremony 😭 Hope you manage to get your passport 🙏🏽

@sophielily93 @ny_mu16 @HM_Passport I went to a different office. But mine is different- the Glasgow office lost the old passport so I had fast track booked in for a replacement. I cancelled old passport and sent withdrawal letter. But that was still not in the system. Everything is slow.
