@TMobileHelp Hey @MikeSievert , @JonFreier quick look at the horrible customer support at T-Mobile. I moved to T-Mobile on Tuesday and I can’t access internet and short code messages since. No one helps, tickets are closed without any resolution or communication to the customer.

@TMobileHelp Richard, I reached out via DM but you’re asking me to verify my account. To do that you’re sending me a 6 digit code. I can’t receive short code messages since I ported to T-Mobile. I’ve stopped receiving such codes from anyone. What do you want me to do now?

@TMobileHelp Mike, I’m tired of explaining my issue to 20 different people from T-Mobile. I ported to T-Mobile & I don’t have access to internet & short code messages since. I raised 2 tickets (cs0248780, cs0249161) with great difficulty I must add, but they get closed without any resolution.

@dhruvgairola08 @TMobileHelp They closed the ticket without resolving the issue and without informing the customer. I had to beg their customer care team to share the status of the ticket

Petrol is highly inflammable, and this stunt could have caused an instant fire, explosion, and mass casualties.

How did the station staff allow this?

Where is the supervision?

Who is accountable for risking so many lives?

@PetroleumMin @dgpup take strict action against the person and the fuel station.

This isn’t a mistake, it’s a deliberate violation of safety laws and must be punished immediately.
