@marklevinshow You seem not to understand why the US need the MOU, by the end of JULY, the oil reserves will run out. Which means the western economy is driving straight towards a recession. With Oil prices predicted to hit 150 and higher. Trump has 40 days. The MOU is the only way to stop that
