@SkyHelpTeam WiFi down all afternoon, online checker says there are no area faults but can’t connect to our hub. Phone helpline say allow 24h to see if a local issues resolves, but our neighbours on Sky all have full service. Suspect hub hardware issue. Any help?

@SkyHelpTeam That’s what we did to start with, to be told about this “local” fault that’s not on the system and not affecting anyone but us… 🤷🏻‍♂️

@SkyHelpTeam No known issues in our area. Then when trying to comm with hub it comes up with an “Oops, that didn’t work” message, but router has 3 green lights on, so something fishy…
