She hasnt made any meaningful additions to my apartment, doesnt repair things for months. She lives downstairs and constantly renovates her own house.

@Waterisasolvent @em_Lazzy Theres already an epidemic of homelessness in many cities because theres no rent control. Landlords increase rent without changing anything in the house or doing any repairs. My rent has gone up $900 in 2 years and life is so much worse because of it
