5.) சாலை முழுவதும் பரவியிருக்கும் குப்பைகள்... இதற்கு யாரும் பொறுப்பல்ல!
6.) சாலைகளில் தெருவிளக்குக் கம்பங்கள் இல்லாமை... இதற்கு யாரும் பொறுப்பல்ல!
7.) தோண்டப்பட்டுச் சரி செய்யப்படாமல் விடப்பட்ட சாலைகள்... இதற்கு யாரும் பொறுப்பல்ல!
