Skimming some parts of a book I got a while ago and the author said that reconstructionists don't recognize UPG because they "prefer to follow strict rules that simply cannot accommodate the concept of UPG" and that is literally just not true lol

You should have your own UPG that is from your own personal relationship with your deities/etc. People treating UPG as universal is how we get other people feeling inadequate bc their experiences aren't the same as their peers.
