Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service by @ashokleyland and their authorised workshop — Lucky Motors, Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur.
My truck (MH-18-BG-2122) broke down on 17th June due to a starting issue. I immediately raised a breakdown request.

This entire experience shows a complete lack of accountability, untrained technicians, and poor customer handling by @ashokleyland’s authorised service team.
We, as transporters, keep supply chains running. We expect better.

Their team came, somehow managed to start the vehicle temporarily, but couldn’t resolve the issue. They said it needed to be taken to the workshop for full diagnosis.
The truck was loaded, but I had no option. (2/8)

Now to make matters worse, the workshop wants to charge me for diesel tank cleaning—an unnecessary service they forced upon me despite my objection.
Why should a customer suffer for wrong diagnostics and poor service? (7/8)

The vehicle was urgently needed for a delivery.
Because of all these delays, the customer cancelled the order and demanded a refund.
This caused me financial loss, business disruption, and mental stress. (6/8)

The fuel pump was new and under warranty, so I returned to Pune, got it replaced, and couriered the new one back to Kolhapur workshop.
Even then, the workshop was casual, delayed assigning a technician, and gave no proper updates. (5/8)

As expected, cleaning the diesel tank didn’t solve the issue.
Eventually, I had to bring my own mechanic from Pune (300 km away). Within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the real problem — a faulty fuel pump. (4/8)

At the workshop, the team kept the vehicle for 3 days without identifying the real issue. They kept saying it might be diesel tank contamination and insisted on cleaning it—even though I told them it was cleaned recently.

वडगावशेरीमध्ये तीनशे कोटींच्या विकासकामांचे भूमिपूजन होत आहे, हे नागरिकांच्या दृष्टीने आनंदाची गोष्ट आहे. पण या विकासकामांचा पाठपुरावा आमच्यासारख्या महायुतीतील मंडळींनी केला आहे, हे आमदार जाणीपू��्वक विसरत आहेत !

तीनशे कोटींच्या विकासकामांचा निधी मिळतो, तेव्हा त्यात राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री मा.श्री. एकनाथजी शिंदे साहेब, उपमुख्यमंत्री मा.श्री. देवेंद्रजी फडणवीस यांचंही योगदान आहे, पण त्यांचा साधा फोटो टाकण्याचे सौजन्यही आमदार महोदय श्रेय लाटण्याच्या स्वार्थी भावनेत दाखवले नाही.
