Special ops brigades will be disbanded, & the reorganization plan not clear. One guess is to return to organization before 2016 mil reform, with 100 commandos & elite unit from each SF brigade forming into one SF units for each theater.

Is there any confirmation of one PLA Air Force aircraft crash in Feb 2020? Possibly JH-7 of 110th Air Brigade based in Urumqui South Airbase, Xinjiang. It's bit rare to see official acknowledgements of PLA fatalities like this.
