@TMobileHelp Let me make sure we are in agreement. 1st. I have dates, emails, and times of calls to try to get that label plus your call center after trying to tell them that I had time they said charge is valid. 2. Went to 2 stores, and they did not respond to give back the phone

To whom it may concern in @SouthwestAir I am pissed!! I canceled my flight in September to try to use flight credits in December and low and behold I cannot use them. Called your 1800 and got zero help. I am going to report this craziness to FAA AND DEPT TRANSPORTATION.
Who does this to their customers. I know why now there are lawsuits. This is ridiculous. No help whatsoever and your new policies are also ridiculous especially for all disabled individuals. I can't even say do better because you haven't and you wont!
