Their system says you can change online which I did… after which an email was promised within 24hrs with an update. That was Thursday, today is a Sunday

@WorldRemit Clearly you did not read or comprehend the problem at hand. My recipient could not access the funds due to you agents saying her middle name was not appearing. On your forms, the middle name part is captioned optional. And now it isn't all of a sudden.
