@zachtratar There is so much work at a bigger company wasted to inform other teams and stakeholders what you are working on and aligning on next steps. Imagine if AI knows everything that is being worked on. AI could give you as Individual Contributor precisely the next task you should work
@HarryStebbings You should meet @StephanEwen at @RestateDev: The original creators of Apache Flink building the next generation of durable execution. Think of it as "resilience-as-code" for distributed apps and Al agents.
@EstherRebers@Tesla_Calle Really confident. It could have taken the left turn a bit earlier (I would say around 2 seconds) seeing the green car flashing its head light and slowing down. But maybe it would have with mad max mode enabled
@peer_rich The calendar of the recipient should be checked exactly in that moment so that you already suggest a slot that is free in the recipients calendar
@skip14710011@cybrtrkguy@RheinmetallAG It has heating so that it does not ice up. Also it has drains for rain.

@zachtratar All work is orchestrated by AI OS. Only one Interface. No human alignment needed and time wasted on internal communication.
This kind of radical change in productivity would be needed to make future work truly AI native and enable agents to work alongside human contributors.
@zachtratar Org structure:
- human CEO, CTO etc. input their strategy into the AI interface
- AI Operating System (AI OS) spawns necessary departments like Product and Tech Teams, Finance, Sales etc. run by AI agents
- AI OS identifies need for human Individual Contributors
@elonmusk@haider1 This is going to be Macrohard. Macrohard should be a plug and play company you can launch for your specific use case. All internal communication done by agents. No middle management. Only 1 interface giving every human IC their next task to solve with custom generated UI
