What a great day at the @YHADPH conference, brilliant to share our poster on shared work with partners on continuity of care. Met and talked with others about people on probation as an #inclusionhealth group. Excited with what we can do together #YHSLIConf2024
Great to present with @TEWV at the North Yorkshire Bench annual meeting - on the new primary mental health treatment requirement. We also shared updates on how probation with @NYHorizons and @changegrowlive are increasing quality of alcohol and drug requirements #partnerships
