@British_Airways My flight to London from Pisa has been cancelled tonight!! Now rebooked from Bolognia on Monday !! Just one of many ending up travelling 3 hours by road and hotel stay. Can we be assured Mondays alternative will see is home !!!!! after 2 days of pain between time
