I always need to change up my exercise routine, and my is son continuously reminding me to push through 😤. So I am now a beginner for skipping weighted rope. It isn’t easy and happy he is a support to keep me active!

We dedicate April 28th, the National Day of Mourning, to the workers who have been killed or injured at the workplace and their families and friends. The CRA continues to work to make our workplaces safe and healthy for all.
