Nimetumia mzungu ako huko UK picha yangu Instagram, alafu akaniuliza "Why are you so ugly, where are you from" nikasema am from Tanzania 🥹🇹🇿💔 siwezi let Kenya down😅🇰🇪
The Ruto government is just too much. These guys wake up every single day just to conjure up more ways to cause pain to Kenyans. I know we are expected to keep government in check as opposition but it’s literally impossible to keep up with the breadth and depth of the capacity for evil these guys have. It doesn’t have to be like this bwana. When we tell you just kicking Ruto out solves 80% of our problems you best believe! Just like he did with Haiti and now Ebola, for the right amount, this one can sell us to the devil himself!
⛔️ Importing such a high-risk infectious threat into an already resource-constrained healthcare system exposes the country to unnecessary danger, including the risk of community transmission and further strain on critical health infrastructure.
What is even more concerning is the reasoning behind the proposed offshore quarantine approach. U.S. officials have openly stated that the objective is to avoid exposing American citizens to the risk of infection within the United States.
The question, therefore, becomes: why should Kenya, with far fewer healthcare resources, be expected to assume that same risk?
@Safaricom_Care Terrible app through and through! Can’t wait to come back to 254 and move to airtel money! You’ve absolutely failed Kenyans in diaspora! The roaming fees are a fraud!
Truphena Muthoni's tree hugging record attempt this week in Kenya, inspired by "a deep-rooted passion for trees and the vital role they play in our ecosystem" has in turn inspired many comments on our social channels.
We know Truphena's fans are excited to hear the results and we look forward to receiving and assessing the evidence. For now, her current record stands at 48 hours, achieved earlier this year in Nairobi 🌳

Kenyans For Needy Kenyan:
Hundreds of Kenyans gather in solidarity at an event dubbed 'Kaluma Day', donating food and supplies to support Vincent Kaluma and his ailing father.
Kaluma's father has lived with stroke for years.

Parliamentary privilege is not for sale. I will not be gagged for demanding answers on the 500,000 tonnes of duty-free rice imports that threaten Kenyan farmers.
Kenya will not kneel to cartels. This is a battle between cartels and Kenyans. I choose Kenyans.
If you think threats will work, bring it on.
Aluta continua!
#EMChronicles Wife to my patient at discharge told me I have the light of Christ in me. She was so excited that I am a Christian. Still thinking about this. Pray I’m always a light to all who I care for!
In emergency medicine, you get good at knowing who’s actually sick.
Not based on vitals.
Not based on labs.
Based on silence.
A certain kind of stillness that feels wrong before anything’s “abnormal.”
