My speech in the @AssamAssembly today #on the budget. I have stressed on the Village Economic warriors— the Sakhis and urged the govt. to raise the incentives of the sakhis to 15 to 20 thousand per months and to provide them 2 mobile phones per year.

আজি অসম বিধানসভাত বাজেটৰ ওপৰত হোৱা মোৰ ভাষণত গাঁৱৰ অৰ্থনীতিৰ প্ৰকৃত যোদ্ধা 'সখী' সকলৰ বিষয়ত বিশেষভাৱে আলোকপাত কৰোঁ ।
সখীসকলৰ মাহেকীয়া দৰমহা ১৫,০০০ টকাৰ পৰা ২০,০০০লৈ বৃদ্ধি কৰাৰ লগতে তেওঁলোকৰ কাম অধিক ফলপ্ৰসূ কৰিবলৈ প্ৰতি বছৰে দুটা ম'বাইল ফোন প্ৰদান কৰাৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিবলৈ আমাৰ চৰকাৰক আহ্বান জনাইছোঁ ।
