@dmuthuk Sir, I totally agree but now imagine the discrimination inside the government structure itself. Those with UPSC certificate are given 5-6 fixed promotions plus bad decisions are condoned. But a group B etc are given just 2 if luck 3 promotion despite some excellent work.

@dmuthuk You are forgetting one thing, India still runs via British Raj System and in that passing an exam (UPSC) makes you ruler of nation with LABASNA further training you to treat other Indians specially honest ones as Slave.
