@antonia_mdprjct Thank you for clarification, in florida we mainly build with concrete block which is fire resistant not proof. There is a 3 to 4 hour burn time depending on many variables like it block is hollow or filled with solid concrete.

@nickgerli1 Nick i love your work, I am a custom builder in florida and we are getting strong influx of NE buyers / even California. I think also that the production builders prices ran too high and they got greedy. Average production homes now begin at 800 k vs exact house at 500 k in 2019
