Manipur: For how long you will treat the violence in the state as mere law and order issue? Do you still think this is what you called communal clash that u have seen in other part of the country in the past.

From the beginning the state govt and many civil society organizations has been raising the concern that foreign funded Kuki Armed groups are behind the violence. Such prolong attacks on civilians along the periphery areas-using sophisticated and advance weapons day by day.

More than 60K reported central forces around standing allegedly as mute spectator or unable to contain. This is a war - this is a war against Chin Kuki Narco terrorists, this is a war against illegal immigrants. In many incidents there are allegations of some sections of forces deploying in the state siding or helping those Narco terrorists.
