Everything first becomes tokenized and built into the layer, then if you were to croak unfortunately, you can pass the keys to the house - they have blockchain options for keeping, selling, Airbnb etc. Same for anything - like a car - can give the keys to someone and they can either hold, sell, swap etc. Trick is how to resolve and execute at the Notary piece. You get the idea. Just need the code pieces and proper regulatory clarity. People need a cheap, smart, irrefutable movement (or layered protections) of tokenized assets set out in the Will they created with this project.
