Is there any rule that Aadhaar can be denied to an infant if his father's Aadhaar is not recently biometric updated?
Similarly, can it be denied on the grounds that mother's Aadhaar doesn't have any surname?

The actions of a select few @IRS_CIT have cast a shadow on the integrity of the honest government of @narendramodi and @FinMinIndia. This is evident in their vengeful action of removing the General Secretary of our Association from service on frivolous grounds having no vigilance-angle involved. Our GS is a pivotal figure who courageously spoke out against malpractice and corruption within the department, echoing the call of @narendramodi from the Red Fort to combat corruption in public office.

This unjust action sheds light on how certain @IRS_CIT officers are not only complicit in wrongdoing but also actively foster corrupt practices, thus undermining the vision of @PMOIndia and perpetuating corruption within the department.

Our Association's General Secretary has diligently raised concerns to the highest levels of government regarding the misuse of public funds for personal gain, instances of corruption, and the failure of IRS officers to fulfill their quasi-judicial duties. These officers, acting collectively, have engaged in misappropriation of public funds, leading to inefficiency and corruption within the department.

In his capacity as a whistleblower, our General Secretary poses a significant threat to the entrenched culture of corruption within the IRS. Consequently, under the pretext of the Association's recognition not being renewed, he has been unfairly charged and dismissed from service by Shri K.P. Singh, Principal Commissioner @CGST_LUCKNOW, despite the absence of any vigilance angle.

It's imperative to highlight that this punitive action was taken in response to the Association's complaint regarding irregularities in the promotion process. Specifically, the promotion of hundreds of individuals from feeder cadres to inspector cadres exceeded the sanctioned vacancies established by the cabinet. This unauthorized action has led to the withdrawal of hundreds of crores of public funds under the guise of inflated salaries, determined a decade prior to the review process by the DPC, and without authorization from the cabinet.

Furthermore, another issue raised pertains to the lack of transparency in the disbursement of the Special Security Fund (SSF). Seeking transparency in public department is in accordance with the vision of @PMOIndia @AmitShah @nsitharaman

It is pertinent to note that Shri Abhijat Srivastava, General Secretary has also filed an application under Whistleblower Protection Act to @CVCIndia in month of October 2023 but no action has been taken yet on the said application by CVC, defeating the purpose of the Act.

One of our warriors and General Secretary, AICEIA Lucknow Circle, Shri Abhijat Srivastava, has been removed from service by the Principal Commissioner, CGST & CX Lucknow. Just for highlighting the corruption in promotion and mis-appropriation of Funds in CGST & CX Lucknow Zone.
This act of authority demean the vision of our Hon'ble PM who aims to eradicate the corruption from the Country.
Kindly we request from @PMOIndia to look into the matter and deliver the justice ASAP.

There is online mechanism for Gr. A officers & stipulated disposal time frame, but not for Gr. B officers.
Because Gr. B are workers & Gr. A are "bosses". That's why, proper facilities should be there for Gr. A class.
