Our family is working hard to make our home safer and more comfortable for our son, who has autism and schizophrenia. When he's hot and uncomfortable, it’s really tough for him to feel safe and calm. We’re raising funds to replace old windows and attic insulation, which will help keep the hot Florida air out and create a more stable environment for him.

Thank you to those that have donated and/shared my campaign to help get my house more energy efficient and keep the heat outside and the air conditioning inside. This summer has been especially hot due to the El Niño weather pattern in the Pacific Ocean. We have not had anywhere near the amount of rain that we should have. The heat is not making for a happy household and is very uncomfortable. Please keep sharing with everyone you can (not asking you to bombard people).
