It’s no secret his allies stole the voting system software in multiple states including GA and MI in 2021 and distributed widely. GA has no way to detect or reverse a hack and refuses to safeguard the system.
He who controls the software controls the result…
@GabrielSterling@MITREcorp@jhalderm@realMikeLindell@MarilynRMarks1 Refusing to apply a patch...
You're leaving the doors unlocked, after being told your doors are unlocked, trying to blame the people who told you your doors were unlocked, and all this after a team went inside and inventoried everything you own (Coffee County breach)
Amazing
@AuforGA I requested 3 Cobb absentee ballots, for me and my children away at college. Only one arrived as of 12-2-22. Odd since all three were requested at right about the same time. We have not had this problem before.
@markniesse@adammarx13 Absentee ballot applications sometimes have optional email address and phone number questions. Do you know if these 'extra' PII data elements are put into the statewide voter database and then shared with outside groups that request this data?
@denniscudworth@ElectProject Certainly...
BMD = Ballot Marking Device - which is the computer, touchscreen, and printer that takes the place of marking your own HMPB = Hand Marked Paper Ballot, which is a paper ballot marked by a pen in your hand
@ElectProject Forced BMD use could be our bottleneck. Unlike 48 other states, GA requires BMD use at all polls. Hand marked paper ballots require much less training, staff, tech support, $$, etc. I've heard HMPB locations can be altered even during the day to increase throughput, but not in GA
After the Coffee County breach into the new election system, the SOS is going after... the person exposing the breach.
It's normal SOS behavior, they did it in 2018 and 2016 after vulnerabilities were presented to them. They always harass the messengers and cover up their flaws.
@markniesse Thank you for the reminder! That's something the guy in charge of voting should also be communicating, but he's consumed with the fictional immigrants might be voting problem.
@markniesse@ajc If a system is designed with assumption that audits will be conducted, and audits are not conducted, then that is a failed system. Auditing only after huge errors are noticed is not sufficient.
@MarilynRMarks1 That's very troubling. Makes one think there was a BMD problem they don't want anyone to see. For example, the BMD screen selections may not have matched the BMD printed ballots.
@markniesse@katebrumback Combine that advisory with the Coffee County breach and you have some very serious risks with the continued use of GA's new BMD's versus hand marked ballots.

@stphnfwlr Are you sure you want to blame the county, when the SOS provided all the equipment, created all the training materials, and programed every ballot marking device?
@KimZetter@jhalderm Combine that with this report, and GA and other states have big risks by continuing to use the BMD's versus hand marked ballots. https://t.co/CT0zgwGGsU
@GaSecofState "election security experts have insisted that using hand-marked paper ballots is the most secure method of voting and the only option that allows for meaningful post-election audits"
