Very impressed with the HOT debrief on BBC Ambulance tonight. Everyone from call handler through to advanced Paramedic given time to sit down and debrief with support and off road time. Need to see a lot more of this in our role. Senior managers please take note 👍 #Ambulance
Great turnout tonight for our joint @NorthCoastPhem @CornwallSRT @Basics_Cornwall @BASICSdevon and @swasFT exercise. A great way to learn from multi-agency thought processes. And let's face it, what beats countryside scenarios in the dark!!
