Oh, is it?
Interesting that al four countries have stood up against the US.
France - Opposed Iran and trade war.
Spain - Won't aid US in Iran War.
Chile - Opposed coup of VZ.
India - Won't easily sign a trade deal, won't stop Russian oil, Won't give easy entry for US companies.
@vikramchopra@cars24india
I had sold my car in Aug 2016 through Vaishali Nagar branch in Jaipur and was assured that the RC transfer will be completed in 30 days. Till now, after many reminders and visits, there is no progress. Nightmare for Car Sellers.
With all the headlines screaming that Subhash Chandra got a 99%+ haircut from banks, it is worth listening to his side of the story too. The ₹22,000 crore figure is being widely misunderstood and several facts being circulated are simply wrong. There are always two sides to a story. Do listen before you judge.
Repost if you remember this💎 😍🙏🏼
“Mile Sur Mera Tumhara” (also known as “Ek Sur”) is the iconic 1988 Indian national integration song and music video featured in the reel. It promotes unity in diversity and is often called India’s unofficial second national anthem.
Here are some interesting facts about it:
•It first aired on Doordarshan on 15 August 1988, immediately after the Prime Minister’s Independence Day address from the Red Fort. The timing helped it reach a massive national audience in the pre-cable era.
•The simple, memorable Hindi lyrics (“Mile sur mera tumhara, to sur bane hamara…”) were written by Piyush Pandey, then a young account manager at Ogilvy & Mather. They were the 18th draft the previous 17 were rejected.
•The core melody is based on Raag Bhairavi. Hindustani classical legend Pandit Bhimsen Joshi created a much longer composition (around 40-45 minutes in some accounts) that was edited down to form the foundation; it was then adapted and arranged (with contributions involving Ashok Patki and Louis Banks) to blend classical, regional, and modern elements.
•The song is performed in roughly 14 Indian languages (including Hindi, Kashmiri, Punjabi, Sindhi, Urdu, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali/Assamese, Odia, Gujarati, and Marathi), reflecting the linguistic diversity of the country at the time.
•It features a large ensemble of celebrities and public figures from cinema, classical music, sports, literature, and the arts among them Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Kamal Haasan, Lata Mangeshkar, M. Balamuralikrishna, Prakash Padukone, and many others alongside ordinary people and iconic Indian landscapes.
•The opening sequence shows Pandit Bhimsen Joshi singing beside a waterfall. This is Pambar Falls in Kodaikanal (popularly known as Liril Falls), the same location used for the famous Liril soap commercial directed by the same filmmaker, Kailash Surendranath.
•The aerial shots of the Taj Mahal were filmed from an Indian Air Force helicopter. Director Kailash Surendranath obtained special permission from the Air Marshal in Agra, as civilian aircraft were not normally allowed so close to the monument.
•Kamal Haasan’s appearance was largely accidental he had accompanied Carnatic maestro M. Balamuralikrishna to a beach shoot and ended up in the video (shown more as a respectful shishya than a star). The mahout with the elephants in the Periyar sequence was the actual singer of the Malayalam portion.
•Production took about six months and involved coordinating dozens of people and locations across India largely through letters and personal visits, without modern digital tools or easy phone access.
The song’s gentle, non-preachy celebration of “my tune meeting yours becoming ours” has kept it culturally resonant for decades, which is why it still appears in discussions (and reels) around Independence Day. A 2010 remake with newer celebrities did not achieve the same impact.
Let me EXPOSE one of Abhijit Dipke's biggest lies: that he was associated with AAP only between 2020 and 2023.
He has deleted all his old data and changed his X username.
Let's expose this liar who played with the emotions of our Kids for his politics.

This could be the most SHOCKING thread of the year.
Read this thread, and you will understand why CJP and other professional protesters have so much support from Western countries and what the role of FCRA is.
Meet US citizen Dinesh Thakur, who funds CJP spokesperson Saurav Das
An uninformed generation can be a potential national security risk. A misinformed generation IS A national security risk.
If the state doesn't flow its own information but allows misinformation to flow in its place by adversaries due to apathy, an entire generation is turned into a force for weakening the country.
This is what is happening in India now. Still there's time to arrest this.
Or by the 15th year of Modi govt, India would have done everything great in internal and external security, done all the right things in development, but lose its peace, prosperity, and stability to its own misinformed and misled youth.
Students were protesting in Jharkhand.
Guess what the INDI Alliance govt did?
They demolished the students' temporary shelter, leaving them with no protection from the scorching sun or the rain.
Now compare that to Jantar Mantar in Delhi, where a protest stage remained in place for months without any such action.
Pathetic service.. no response from company for air parcel sent from Jaipur to Bengaluru. It was showing Out for Delivery yesterday and today also.
