My NHS experience 🧵

This week I was unfortunate enough to be on the other side of patient care but all I can say is my bloody god I LOVE our NHS. From the call taker at 999 who took the call from my housemate, to my paramedic colleagues who arrived 10 minutes later,

Don’t worry about your A level results, I dropped out after failing 2 out of three subjects and went to work in the corporate world for 9 years. Getting some life experience has made me much better at communicating with people from all walks of life, your life isn’t over 💚

5 years ago, I decided I was going to change careers. I put my house up for sale, handed in my notice and applied and applied to go back to education after 10 years.

Today I received a conditional offer of employment as a paramedic 🥲🥲

@BarclaysUKHelp is there any other way to move money from my ISA to my current account other than waiting on the telephone for an agent? It doesn’t give me the option on telephone banking and I can’t get into the app or online
